This powerful cross-cut shredder is TAA-compliant and perfect for small businesses. Electronically controlled Safety Shield stops shredder when opened. SilentShred offers ultra-quiet performance for shared work spaces. Wide, 10-1/4″ paper entry and the continuous-duty motor deliver nonstop shredding. Shredder automatically shuts off after 30 minutes of inactivity for zero energy consumption. Perfect for three to five users, the Fortishred 2250C Cross-Cut Shredder shreds 12 to 14 sheets per pass into 5/32″ x 1-9/16″ micro-cut particles (Security Level P-4) at 20′ per minute. Design includes a 20-gallon bin, full-bin light and wood casing. Shredder can also shred staples, credit cards, paper clips and CDs/DVDs, and requires a dedicated 15 amp outlet for optimal performance.
